Poem on Vadi

kya tarif kare vadiraj ko
fisc ke projects ka datha hain wo
kabhi ITG mein khoye huye time dhundate rahte hain..
kabhi apne beete huye pal yaad karte rehte hain...

weekly audit, goal settings mein aajkal busy rahte hain..
hamesha lady leads se ghare rahate hain.....
nahi to Boss ki jaal mein fasse rahate hain....
office mein apni pyari beti ki yaad karte rahte hain...

jo bey ho Vadi bahut achche hain..
dil ka bahut sachhe hain
Vadi jiye sou saal...yahi hain hamaraa...
unki Janam din ki hardik shubha kamana

Issues lekar rote rehte hain ,production pe
Obj recoginaztion nahi hota hain automation mein
Management kehte hain kuch alaag karo,innovation se

Koi ITG mein uljhe rehtee hain
Koi naye mauka intaazar mien hain
koi resourse allotment/O2R mein busy hain
Sabi badti atteration rate se perashan hain

Rang bhi rang kar dete hain QFSR ko Auditwale
NC's dene mein maahir hain Qualitywale
Jyada log darte hain internal Audit se
Chinta mein pade rehte hain mangers NC's se

Khalabali machi huyi aajkal aprisail ki
Inataazar hain tagaDi hike ki
Company kar rahi aajkal achchi tarakki
Asha karte hain isse hoga hamari unnati !!

OffSite for FILI

RAM NAGAR

CLIMBER’S DELIGHT

It is well said that "Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results". Exemplifying this, the different process teams working for FILI Business portrayed the FMR FILI as One team. The FMR FILI team went to an Adventure Offsite to Ram Nagar which is 40Kms from Bangalore City on the Mysore - Bangalore Highway on August 9, 2007.
The craggy wilderness around Ram Nagar is a climber's delight. Considered as the Mecca of Rock Climbers, this amazing place has plenty of opportunities for the amateurs and professionals alike. Climbs of various grades along with few bolted routes are also present. There are temples present at the top of a few hillocks. Ram Nagar has the shooting of the "Sholay" Film to its credit as well.

The whole cluster of hills is spread over many kilometers, with a moderate town adjacent to the Bangalore-Mysore Highway. As you enter the town you will find many rocky hills on the both sides of the road.


The offsite was packed with lots of fun events like Green Trek (in reserve forests), Rock Climbing/ Bouldering, Rappelling from a breathtaking 125 ft. vertical rock face, High Rope Traverse, Walk to Sunset View Point, Tug of War, Dodgeball, Bonfire with music etc. Each event was successful and exciting in its own way. Since all the associates in the team participated with loads of energy; the enjoyment was bound to be high. This offsite helped associates to know each other well and work as one team. The team will look forward to such offsites in the future. A special thanks to Satya Prakash Ranjan, Bhavani Prasad Deshmukh, Pankaj Tiwari, Sitaram Alla and other associates who had put in a lot of effort to make this a wonderful event

sabse bada matual fund company
yeah hain apna Fidelity
aaj kal nyaara lage rahi hain ITG ,Productivity,
taaki bade jaye hamara Quality !1!

FESCO ke champian hian hamare leader
Prajji hain FMR India ke Guider
Log inko pyar se bulate hain Smooth(ch???) operator
yeah hain hamare pyare Surinder !2!

iss saal ka goal hain Innovation
isse mil jaye parters ko Satisfaction
aur ek goal hain sirf 15% atterition
isse nirbar hain sab logonka promotion !3!

Fidelity ke Funds market mein achcha kar rahe hain
yaani company ka business assman choo rahi hain..
Company aise hi tarakki karte hain
Aur humko bhi aasaman puhunchaaye!!!!:)).. !4!
